Stable housing for individuals transitioning from incarceration back into the community, with referral relationships built through probation/parole and re-entry organizations.
Housing for older adults on a fixed government income (SSI, SSDI, VA disability) who need a safe, well-run home rather than an assisted-living or skilled-care setting. This is a housing (landlord-tenant) model, not a licensed personal care home.
For residents or families who prefer to pay directly rather than through a referral or benefits pathway.
